| Philippine Business Conference

“One.Global.Filipino” was the theme of the 29th Philippine Business Conference and Exhibition held last November 25 – 29, 2003 at the Manila Hotel.
Organized by Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), the conference and expo aimed to celebrate the Filipino enterprises and their future in the global market.

| Maligayang Paslit Congress

WPFI was present during the Maligayang Paslit Congress in coordination with the NCR Midwives Association of the Philippines held last Dec. 7, 2003 at Robinson's Galleria. WFMC Managers Carolina Millan and Grazela Estanislao manned the WFMC booth together with WFPI Operations Officer Glenn Bede Benable and Dr. Thomas Dela Cruz of JSI/RTI.

| US Charge d’ Affaires visits WFMC

Joseph A. Mussomeli, Charge d’ Affaires of the US Embassy in Manila, visited the Cebu WFMCs last February 5, 2004. On hand to welcome him were JSI-RTI Resident Advisor Easter Dasmariñas, CPFOI Executive Director Emmanuel Rabacal, NGO representatives from Cebu and WFMC manager Norma Cabrera, along with young mothers and children of the locale.
